Cake Decorating class - for beginners

What's covered in the class:
- Learn to make basic icing and the tips and tricks on how to apply
- Learn to make silky buttercream icing; and the various different types that can be made
- You will be taught how to use piping bags and about the different types of bags and nozzles available
- Practice your piping on cake cards and the various techniques
- Then finalise your designs on cupcakes that are already prepared for you

This class is strictly for 13+ years. We can accommodate a slightly younger baker if a paying adult is booked in the class as well but please check with us first. Please note we are unable to cater for alternate dietary requirements. All our recipes use Edmonds Flour or Edmonds Self-Raising Flour and Chelsea Sugar. We do not have any nuts in our baking school. We are happy to send the ingredients list for any class if you would like to check anything.
There's no need to bring anything - your apron, equipment and ingredients will all be supplied to you. Six vanilla cupcakes will be pre-made for you to create your decorations on.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to ingredient, preparation and labor costs incurred in advance of the class, cancellation of attendance must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance or payment becomes non-refundable.
No-shows or last minute cancellations are not refunded
Should the class chef be unavailable to conduct their baking class due to personal reasons or illness, all attendees for that class will be notified at the time.
