Learn to make beautiful red velvet cakes with our qualified patisserie chef in the state-of-the-art Edmonds Baking School.

Experience a 2-hour, fun, hands-on class where you will:

  • Learn to successfully make and bake beautiful mini red velvet cakes with step-by-step instructions
  • Make a delicious lemon cream cheese frosting that you can't do without!
  • Be shown how to pipe the frosting and present the cakes with a stunning modern design
  • Take home three, double-layered scrumptious cakes

This class is strictly for 13+ years. We can accommodate a slightly younger baker if a paying adult is booked in the class as well but please check with us first. Please note we are unable to cater for alternate dietary requirements. This recipe use Edmonds Flour or Edmonds Self-Raising Flour and Chelsea Sugar. We do not have any nuts in our baking school. We are happy to send the ingredients list for any class if you would like to check anything.
