Treat yourself or bring a loved one to make Bourbon Truffles and Espresso Sticky Date Pudding. Choose between a Whisky Lush Cocktail or Valentina Mocktail while you bake your delicious creations in the Edmonds Baking School with our Patisserie Chef!


Have fun and enjoy a 2 hour session. There are only 20 spaces available for this lesson

  • How to make an expresso pudding 
  • Create a delicious sticky date sauce 
  • Make soft bourbon infused truffles coated in chocolate

On the day

  • Please wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes
  • Bring a can-do attitude!
  • Water bottle to stay hydrated

  • Nothing else - your Edmonds apron, equipment and ingredients are all supplied

  • There is free parking available

  • Ages 13+ years
  • Please note we are unable to cater for alternate dietary requirements. All our recipes use Edmonds Flour or Edmonds Self-Raising Flour and Chelsea Sugar. We do not have any nuts in our baking school. We are happy to send the ingredients list for any class if you would like to check anything.

Cancellation Policy
Due to ingredient, preparation and labour costs incurred in advance of the
class, cancellation of attendance must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance or payment becomes non-refundable.


No-shows or last minute cancellations are not refunded


Should the class chef be unavailable to conduct their baking class due to personal reasons or illness, all attendees for that class will be notified at the time
