Experience a 2-hour, fun, hands-on class where you will:
- Learn to successfully make and bake a quick and easy sponge with step-by-step instructions
- Be shown how to cut a cake properly to create layers
- Make silky smooth buttercream icing
- Have crazy fun creating rainbow colours
- Learn how to mask the sides of your cake using a cake turntable
- Learn piping skills to finish off your layered masterpiece
- A fun, can-do attitude!
- A water bottle might be nice
- Nothing else - your apron, equipment and ingredients are all supplied
This class is strictly for 13+ years. We can accommodate a slightly younger baker if a paying adult is booked in the class as well but please check with us first. Please note we are unable to cater for alternate dietary requirements. All our recipes use Edmonds Flour or Edmonds Self-Raising Flour and Chelsea Sugar. We do not have any nuts in our baking school. We are happy to send the ingredients list for any class if you would like to check anything.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to ingredient, preparation and labor costs incurred in advance of the class, cancellation of attendance must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance or payment becomes non-refundable.
No-shows or last minute cancellations are not refunded
Should the class chef be unavailable to conduct their baking class due to personal reasons or illness, all attendees for that class will be notified at the time.
