Bit of a chocolate lover?

Have fun and enjoy two-hour session at the Edmonds Baking School with our Patisserie Chef making your very own Chocolate Sprinkle Cookies & gooey
chocolate S’mores Slice!

There are 10 spaces available for this lesson, which is strictly for 8+ years. Children will work in pairs.

What your child will learn

• How to make decadent Chocolate Sprinkle Cookies
• How to make gooey Chocolate S’mores Slice
• How to work cleanly and hygienically in the kitchen
  

What you will get

• Take home your Chocolate Sprinkle in a presentation box
• Take home 1/2 tray of Chocolate S’mores Slice in a presentation box
• Experienced training from our expert Patisserie Chef

On the day

• Please wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes
• Bring a can-do attitude!
• Water bottle to stay hydrated
• Nothing else - your Edmonds apron, equipment and ingredients are all supplied
• There is free parking available 
  
  

Please note that parents/caregivers are welcome to settle their child/ren for 5 minutes and we request that you return 10 minutes before the class end

We are unable to cater for alternate dietary requirements. All our recipes use Edmonds Flour or Edmonds Self-Raising Flour and Chelsea Sugar. We do not have any nuts in our baking school. We are happy to send the ingredients list for any class if you would like to check anything.

Cancellation Policy
Due to ingredient, preparation and labour costs incurred in advance of the class, cancellation of attendance must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance or payment becomes non-refundable.

No-shows or last minute cancellations are not refunded

Should the class chef be unavailable to conduct their baking class due to personal reasons or illness, all attendees for that class will be notified at the time
