Important: This Class Is for Bakers Aged 16 Years and Up.

Due to the advanced techniques and pace of this class, all participants must be 16 years or older. These sessions require a higher level of focus, independence, and hands-on skill development
than our standard baking classes. Age may be verified on arrival.

• Learn to successfully make and bake a decadent chocolate cake with step-by-step instructions
• Learn to layer two cakes with buttercream filling
• Make silky smooth buttercream icing
• Learn how to mask the sides of your cake using a cake turntable
• Learn piping skills to finish off your masterpiece

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to check-in.
• This class is strictly for 16+ years. 
• Dietary Requirements: We are unable to accommodate alternate dietary needs, but there are no nuts in the school’s recipes. If needed, we can provide a list of ingredients before the class
