This baking course is scheduled every Monday for Three weeks. Indulge your passion for baking in this immersive 3 block week class dedicated to mastering the art of cakes.
Monday Week Two - 10:00am - 12:30pm
Monday Week Three- 10:00am - 12:00pm
From classic sponge cakes to decadent layered cakes. You will learn essential techniques, flavour combinations and decorating skills to elevate your baking ability. Get hands on experience crafting various cake types, understanding ingredient functions, perfect icings and decoration methods. Whether you are a beginner baker or a seasoned baker, this course promises to enhance your skills.

Due to ingredient, preparation and labor costs incurred in advance of the class, cancellation of attendance must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance or payment becomes non-refundable. No-shows or last minute cancellations are not refunded
Should the class chef be unavailable to conduct their baking class due to personal reasons or illness, all attendees for that class will be notified at the time.
