If you've spent the school holidays entertaining everyone else, consider this your reward. For one day only, Chelsea Bay is becoming an adults-only baking playground, where responsibilities are left at the door and the only thing on your to-do list is baking something delicious.

This class is all about slowing down and remembering that sometimes the best way to deal with life is to bake something delicious. Because Baking Solves Everything!

You'll learn to bake a Banana & Black Cherry Rum Cake; a soft banana buttermilk cake with vanilla bean buttercream and a glossy black cherry rum compote.

No kids. No chaos. Just baking, good vibes and something sweet to take home.

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to check-in

• This class is strictly for 18+ years

• Dietary Requirements: We are unable to accommodate alternate dietary needs, but there are no nuts in the school’s recipes. If needed, we can provide a list of ingredients before the class

• Please wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes. Tie back long hair for safety

• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated

Cancellation Policy

Due to ingredient, preparation and labour costs incurred in advance of the class, cancellation of attendance must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance or payment becomes non-refundable. Should the class chef be unavailable to conduct their baking class due to personal reasons or illness, all attendees for that class will be notified at the time. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not refunded
