Teams will draw a mystery dessert challenge and work
together to create one of our signature bakes. Success depends on planning,
communication, problem-solving, and teamwork under pressure.
After an initial baking session, participants will enjoy
lunch at Sugar Café before returning to finish, present, and compete for the
title of Chelsea Bay Bake-Off Champions.
